Return Policy

All items purchased either at Irish Ann’s store in Homosassa, Florida, or from irishann.com are subject to a 30 day return / exchange policy.

All items should have any tag, accessories, or other materials provided at purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the orignal form of payment unless a gift card is requested. If (for any reason) the return cannot be issued to the original payment form, the return will be issued in the form of store credit. Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Store Returns / Exchanges

Please bring the item(s) to be returned / exchanged, with the original receipt, to Irish Ann’s store. Supplies (in-store) are limited, so not all items can be immediately exchanged. Where possible, we will work with you to provide an exchange within a reasonable time period.

Online Returns / exchanges

In the Account Section of the website, there is a tab called ‘Claimable Products’. All orders that are within the 30 day period are listed on the page. Within the order, each item can selected for return / exchange. If you are giving the item as a gift, an included packing slip can be used to prove purchase.
