I actually did not buy the knocker depicted but instead an equally handsome substitute when the one shown proved to be out of stock. However, Irish Ann was very responsive and alerted me to the potential problem within 24 hours of my placing my order. They were then able to process my order for the replacement and ensure it made it here in time for Christmas. Outstanding communication and customer service from start to finish.
