    I only received one of the two chimes that I had ordered. I contacted the company and received an apology the same day and assurance that they would send me the second chime. I received it in the mail with an another apology from Ann and samples of inis cologne. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company again. The chimes are beautiful.
